Mount for counterweight
At times, it's necessary to use counterweights to balance your camera on a tripod. However, many tripods don't come equipped with a dedicated spot for weights or a suitable thread.
In such situations, the All Mount Baseplate or Babyplate can be incredibly useful. Just take a look at the accompanying pictures—they speak for themselves.
To set this up, you'll need:
two plates ,
two screws,
and a counterweight.
